Responsibilites

  • Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features
  • Translate designs and wire frames into good quality code
  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality and responsiveness of the app
  • Identify and correct bugs

What we are looking for

  • Proficiency in a programming language relevant to the technology stack (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
  • Experience in agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
  • Understanding of Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standup, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective).
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
  • Knowledge of software development best practices, including testing, code review, and continuous integration.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality software within Sprint timelines.
  • Continuous learning and improvement mindset.
  • Experience with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira).
  • Adherence to agile principles such as delivering incremental value, responding to change, and regular inspection and adaptation.
